Qualifications

• Current Florida NP/PA license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Formal training in cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Experience performing aesthetic laser treatments preferred.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and patient education skills.
• Sales-minded with the ability to ethically recommend treatment plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Comfortable creating social media content and representing the practice online.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and anatomy.
• Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Perform laser treatments and other aesthetic procedures offered by the practice.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, outcomes, and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout visits.
• Recommend skincare products and treatment plans to enhance results.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through outstanding service.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and social media content to grow the practice.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high standards of patient care.
