Serenity Esthetics is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector to lead sales and service at a day spa/med spa location in the Orlando, Florida area. This is a leadership role involving injections, service sales, and personnel management of estheticians and technicians.

You will drive consultations, administer injectables, and oversee a team while aiming to achieve monthly sales goals and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active multistate (compact) RN license, or an NP/PA/MD license.
• Hands-on injectable experience with documented training.
• Proven sales results and consultative selling style.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer Botox, dermal fillers and other injectables within your scope of license.
• Lead consultations and sell personalized day spa and med spa treatment plans.
• Manage, coach and schedule our estheticians and technicians.

Serenity Esthetics is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector to lead sales and service at one of our day spa and med spa locations in the Midwest. We are recruiting injectors in Orlando, Florida, and we provide a relocation package to help you move.

This is a sales-focused leadership role. You will perform injectables, sell day spa and med spa services, and manage our estheticians and technicians.

What We Offer

• Average total earnings of $180,000 per year (hourly pay plus high commission)
• Relocation package to Omaha, Lincoln, Des Moines, Kansas City, Sioux Falls or the Denver area

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Availability

Full-time, based on spa hours and appointment demand. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes. Specific schedules and availability expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
