4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions in Westfield, NJ is opening a new center and seeking an aesthetic injector to perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. You will own consultations, build treatment plans patients return for, and integrate with wellness services for coordinated care.

Full-time or part-time options available. Competitive hourly rates with commission; health insurance, PTO, employee discount, and paid training for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• Active NJ RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
• 1+ year injecting neurotoxin and dermal filler in medical spa/dermatology/aesthetics environment.
• Ability to track monthly production, ticket averages, and tox vs filler split.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments (Botox/Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse) tailored to patient goals.
• Own consultations end to end and grow your personal book within a growing center.
• Collaborate with wellness services (hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy) for coordinated plans.
• Mentor a newer injector as the center scales and share best practices.

Full-time or part-time. Full-time is approximately 40 hours across five days, one weekday off, Saturdays included. Part-time is typically around two days a week.

Compensation

RN $55 to $75 per hour, plus commission

NP or PA $70 to $95 per hour, plus commission

A brand new 4Ever Young center opens this October on East Broad Street in Westfield, and the aesthetic injector who takes this role gets something most injectors never get: a clean book, a room built to their preferences, and owners who are in the building. Five days with a weekday off, and Saturdays, which is when the book builds fastest. Part-time works here too, typically around two days a week. Tell us the days you can give us and we will build around them. You will set the standard here rather than inherit someone else’s.

What you will do

• Deliver neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, Botox and Dysport through Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, and Radiesse, matched to each patient’s face and goals.
• Own your consultations end to end, build treatment plans patients actually return for, and grow your own book inside a growing center.
• Work alongside the wellness side of the center, hormone therapy, peptides, and IV therapy, so patients get one coordinated plan.
• Bring a newer injector along as the center scales, sharing technique and judgment as the team grows.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
• At least one year injecting neurotoxin and dermal filler in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting.
• You know your own numbers: monthly production, average ticket, and your split between tox and filler.

A strong advantage: biostimulator experience, an established patient following, or a portfolio of your own before and after work.

Compensation

RN $55 to $75 per hour

NP or PA $70 to $95 per hour

Commensurate with license and injecting experience. Base pay is paired with commission on the production you generate, and we will walk you through exactly how it works on our first call. Full-time team members are eligible for health insurance, paid time off, employee discount, and paid training. Benefit eligibility for part-time schedules is confirmed with the center before an offer.
