Skin N' Tox Aesthetics in Meridian, Idaho is hiring an experienced injector to lead consultations and care across aesthetics and the new Functional Health line. You will join a committed team and build this service line from the ground up, with hands-on mentorship and a 6-month Biote certification training.

This full-time role comes with generous compensation, a $30,000 training investment, relocation bonus up to $7,500, CME stipend, health insurance, PTO, and a 9:30am–5pm schedule,

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient consultations, including medical history review and wellness considerations.
• Perform aesthetic injectable procedures (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) and functional health procedures.
• Develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on labs and goals; review labs as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with staff and patients regularly.
• Commit to continuing education in functional and integrative medicine.

ABOUT US

Skin N' Tox Aesthetics in Meridian, Idaho is a premier aesthetics practice committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a welcoming and results-driven environment. We are excited to launch a new Functional Health Program alongside our flagship aesthetics practice, and we are looking for an experienced injector to help build this service line from the ground up.

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), dual-scope role. You'll practice as an aesthetic injector (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, etc.) while being trained into our new Functional Health program (hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight management) through a company-provided 6-month training track, including Biote certification. This training and mentorship represents a $30,000 investment in your development. Your aesthetics background will help drive utilization during the ramp-up phase, but we're looking for someone committed to building a long-term career in functional health.

We welcome candidates willing to relocate to the Boise, ID area, and we're prepared to offer a relocation bonus to help make that work.

ROLE SUMMARY

We're hiring an experienced injector to lead patient consultations and care across both our aesthetics and new Functional Health service lines. We're looking for a clinician with a strong injectable background who's ready to build new expertise in functional health and grow with the program long-term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient consultations, including medical history review, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight management, and wellness panel review
• Perform aesthetic injectable procedures (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) alongside functional health clinical procedures, including subcutaneous pellet implantation
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on lab work, patient history, and wellness goals; order and review labs as needed
• Assess and address changes in patient health, and prescribe medications and peptides as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient needs, treatment plans, and services in medical records
• Engage regularly with patients through the patient portal and maintain consistent communication with staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships
• Collaborate with the clinic team and administrative staff to provide comprehensive, cohesive patient care
• Commit to continuing education and stay current on functional and integrative medicine developments
• Maintain all state licensing, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with Idaho regulations
• Uphold HIPAA guidelines and company confidentiality policies

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Active clinical license — NP or PA required (Idaho); NP or PA only
• Experienced injector (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) — functional health experience not required; full training and Biote certification provided
• Strong patient communication and consultative skills
• Genuine curiosity about functional and integrative health, and commitment to long-term growth in the space
• Comfort building and scaling a new service line
• Proficient with EMR systems
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Compensation: $100,000–$130,000/year, based on experience
