Job summary

Faces With Rania LLC in Spring, TX is seeking a skilled Aesthetic Injector to join our boutique practice. You will perform Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers, assess patient goals, and tailor treatment plans while maintaining meticulous records and prioritizing safety.

Collaboration with the team and strong client relationships will drive repeat visits and client satisfaction as we grow our aesthetics practice.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas license (RN, NP, PA or MD).
• Hands-on experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler injections.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on facial aesthetics and symmetry.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with aesthetic consultations and client relationship management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess goals, medical history, and treatment suitability.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client0s facial anatomy and aesthetic goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and product recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
