Relive in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced APRN/PA to lead aesthetic injections and patient education. The Midlevel Provider will assess, diagnose, and treat hormonal and aesthetic concerns, develop personalized plans, and manage medical records in a confidential, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Must complete a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and maintain current licensure.
• Ability to obtain DEA license if requested.
• Clear background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide aesthetic consultations and injections (neurotoxin, dermal fillers) and follow-up care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and health.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Educate clients on benefits, risks and aftercare of procedures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environment.
• Collaborate with medical team and refer as needed.
