Job summary

NakedMD in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for an aesthetic injector position. You will evaluate patients, plan treatments, and perform dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels, while upholding the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities include documenting patient charts, maintaining hygiene, achieving sales targets through consultative selling, and coordinating appointments. Valid nursing license required; must be available Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, including medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services—dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling and chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety: ensure hygiene and safety in the injection room.
• Contribute to patient consultation, understand aesthetic concerns and goals.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetic treatments and products.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assist clients with scheduling and coordinating treatments.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with inventory as needed.
• Must be available Fri/Sat.

Annual Salary Range: $35-45/hour based on experience + bonus eligible

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well‑being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
