Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join our Richland, WA clinic. You will engage with clients to enhance their experience, manage the front desk, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support the medical staff with treatment room upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be proficient with computers and sales software.
• Must have a passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to enhance satisfaction and build relationships.
• Oversee front desk operations and answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
• Assist medical staff with maintenance of treatment rooms and support clinic team to meet monthly sales goals.
