Job summary

Evita Wellness seeks a skilled Aesthetic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensed in Georgia to join our Athens, GA location. This role focuses on aesthetic medicine, wellness, regenerative therapies, and medical weight loss in a spa-like setting.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia APRN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years working with injectables, dermal fillers and lasers.
• Minimum 2 years working at a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office.
• Relocation bonus available for relocation to the Athens area.
• Must be able to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
• Excellent patient care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations, including updating medical histories and vitals.
• Develop an appropriate treatment plan based on the client’s needs and wants.
• Perform cosmetic injectables (e.g., BOTOX, disport, xeomin, and jeuveau).
• Laser therapy and PRP injections for aesthetic treatments.
• Prescribe medications and hormones; coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Provide post-care follow-up and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance; ensure a clean, safe treatment environment.
• Record patient data in EMR and document health history.

Job description

Evita Wellness is coming to Athens, GA in January 2027! We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensed in the state of Georgia to join our Athens location. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about aesthetic medicine, wellness, regenerative therapies, and medical weight loss. The Aesthetic APRN will deliver high-quality, personalized care in a calm, spa-like environment while helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals.

Eligible for a relocation bonus if relocating to the Athens area.

Please Note: Evita Wellness is currently under development and is scheduled to open in January 2027. While we are excited to begin connecting with qualified candidates, this position is not expected to start until January 2027. We encourage interested applicants to apply early to be considered as we build our opening team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assesses patients’ health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations, including obtaining updating, and studying medical histories and vitals.
• Developing an appropriate treatment plan based on the client’s needs and wants.
• Able to start an IV and knowledgeable on the different IV treatments that are available in the clinic and the indications.
• Works in collaboration with a physician to assess the physical needs of patient
• Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians.
• Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment.
• Perform cosmetic injectables (e.g., BOTOX, disport, xeomin, and jeuveau).
• Laser therapy (e.g., candela, aerolase, ematrix, fraxel).
• Perform PRP injections for Aesthetic Treatments.
• Prescribe and refill medications, peptides, and hormone replacement therapies.
• Provide various kinds of anti-aging therapies.
• Recommend and refer patients to other specialists as needed.
• Ensure safety of clients at all times when performing treatments.
• Ensure professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients.
• Utilize electronic medical record system.
• Record patient’s health history in electronic medical record system.
• Follow up with client’s post-care to address any questions or concerns
• Abide by OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant medical office regulations.

OTHER PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Maintain license through ongoing Continuing Medical Education credits as required.
• Must be willing to learn new products, services and treatment plans as the company grows.
• Highly polished and professional appearance.
• Regularly participate in marketing and social media content.

• Current Georgia APRN license in good standing
• Current knowledge of aesthetic technologies and aesthetic industry trends
• Minimum 2 years working with injectables, dermal fillers and lasers

• Hormone pellet training or certification preferred
