Skin Pharm TX LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to assess patients' skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.

The APP will perform in-clinic treatments, offer at-home skin care guidance, manage prescriptions, and build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality, natural results.

Applicants should be licensed as NP or PA with relevant certifications; experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC)
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Current Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure
• Certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in state practicing

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' skin concerns to develop personalized skin care plans.
• Perform in-clinic treatments and provide at-home skin care recommendations.
• Manage prescriptions when necessary.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality, natural results.
