Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years aerospace experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret English work instructions and procedures.
• Experience with aerospace drawings and specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical wire harnesses from drawings and diagrams.
• Perform first part and in-process inspections.
• Use production work orders and documentation accurately.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Mentor and assist in training staff and students.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report defects.
