Qualifications

• U.S. Person status to work with ITAR data.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• 8+ years in engineering or production management.
• 5+ years in a production environment in aerospace manufacturing or program management.
• 3+ years leading a team in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for value stream including long and short-range resource planning.
• Ensure Safety, Health and Environmental compliance as part of daily activities.
• Execute manufacturing schedules to plan on-time delivery while meeting quality standards and cost targets.
• Manage the external supplier network for machining, coating, and grinding.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve metrics and process capability.
• Communicate updates across the organization and with customers.
• Supervise production employees including coaching, training and performance management.
• Escalate issues to senior management as needed.
