Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a dedicated Top Coat Painter for our Everett, WA facility. This role involves applying final protective and cosmetic paints to aircraft parts, preparing surfaces, mixing coatings, and delivering high-quality finishes that meet strict industry standards.

The position supports safety, reliability, and professional presentation of aerospace products. The role requires 1+ years in aircraft painting, the ability to read and communicate in English, and adherence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of aircraft painting experience.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Background check and drug test screening required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect details and evaluate the painting work required for the part.
• Establish the correct paint per shop paperwork and TSDS directions.
• Mix paints as specified by directions or Technical Data Sheets.
• Prepare surfaces with minor sanding before applying paint.
• Coat aluminum surfaces with epoxy, lacquer, resin, or other material before final color coat.
• Manage time to complete tasks within schedule.
• Work in a team and coordinate with coworkers.
• Observe safety regulations and wear PPE during spray painting operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
