Qualifications
5+ years of Class A TIG welding experience (or equivalent in other industry).
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical milestones.
Responsibilities
Weld primary structure for human-rated space hardware.
Diagnose weld defects and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with Engineering on tooling improvements.
Skills
Class A TIG welding experience
Fabrication and forming experience
Ability to read engineering blueprints
Familiarity with NDT processes
Automated or robotic welding experience
