Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Clearwater, FL is seeking an FAA Test Technician - Level 2 for a 3rd shift role. You will conduct testing and evaluation of aircraft systems to assure quality and safety. You will report to Engineering Manager and work on-site in a dynamic aerospace environment.

The role requires strong testing knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and collaboration with engineering teams to uphold safety and reliability in aviation technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of test technician experience in aerospace or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and equipment for aircraft systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed testing and evaluation of aircraft systems and components to verify specifications and safety standards.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to support product development and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during testing activities.
