Job summary

Moog Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Test Systems Deployment Engineer to bring complex aerospace test systems from final design through deployment, installation, validation, and customer acceptance.

You will own the integration and deployment of mission-critical systems for advanced military aircraft programs, working hands-on with cross‑functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in development, integration, production testing, or deployment of complex systems.
• Ability to travel 10–15%, including domestic and international travel.
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and customer acceptance of advanced test equipment for aerospace flight control systems.
• Support assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of multi‑axis servo‑hydraulic and electromechanical test systems.
• Collaborate with design engineers to resolve issues during build and integration.
• Develop and execute verification tests, analyze results, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate customer validation and correlation testing activities.
• Ensure software, calibration procedures, and system configurations are ready for deployment.
