The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over 2 years of experience in aerospace testing. Qualifications

• 2+ years of test engineering experience in aerospace, launch, or hardware integration/test environment.
• Experience with instrumentation and test stand operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead test programs for launch-pad hardware and ground support systems.
• Develop test plans and execute dry-runs for system validation.
• Support launch operations with pre-launch checkouts and post-launch reviews.
