Job summary

Pall Corporation, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior role focused on lab instrumentation, test systems, and data acquisition at our onsite facility in New Port Richey, FL. You will own technical support for laboratory instruments and collaborate with engineers to develop and execute test procedures.

Qualifications include 5+ years in aerospace product testing or an associated associate degree, plus experience with mechanical, electronic controls, and data acquisition systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of qualification testing across aerospace products.
• Experience with air/fluid mechanical systems, electronic controls, process automation, and data acquisition.
• Ability to interpret complex specifications, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical support for laboratory instruments and associated systems.
• Partner with engineers to draft, refine, and execute test procedures.
• Review job orders and SDS; follow SOPs; select the right equipment; validate calculations with basic math/statistics.
• Set up and run tests on complete units and subassemblies: flow, pressure, temperature, vibration, endurance, and impulse.
• Provide electrical support, including building cables, to enable test execution.
• Execute testing on hydraulic manifolds, liquid filters, and air products.
• Perform analytical investigations for R&D and external customers (microscopy, materials science, chemistry, fluid samples, filter elements, filterability, and fluid properties).
