Mentors guide you through activities from requirements to lifecycle artifacts while you gain broad exposure to primary flight displays, secure servers, data concentration units, and flight controls in a regulated, aerospace

Qualifications

• Current accredited college or university enrollment with junior or senior standing; progress towards an undergraduate degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Biomedical, Computer, Mechanical, Software, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Working knowledge of engineering concepts, practices & procedures
• Able to work full-time onsite during the summer of 2027
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Participate in systems development activities including requirement specification and design definition
• Perform system verification activities including test definition, test execution, and review of lifecycle artifacts
• Integrate and debug executable code on avionics hardware platforms
• Support the generation of lifecycle documentation for avionic systems in the pursuit of formal certification with the FAA and foreign certification authorities
