Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Aerospace Systems Engineer to sustain an operational orbital warfare system, ingesting data from multiple sensors across domains to enable space domain awareness and timely decision-making. Roles span from Consultant to Associate Director levels, with on-site work at US locations including CO or NM and travel up to 25%.

The ideal candidate possesses an active TS clearance, a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), and 4+ years of related federal DoD/USSF

Qualifications

• Requires active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with federal programs, DoD/USSF systems, or public-sector consulting in systems sustainment or mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Sustain end-to-end system architecture with high availability and fault tolerance.
• Lead configuration management and change control; maintain docs and test plans.
• Plan upgrades and integrations across enclaves and classification levels with regression testing.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders on RMF/ATO artifacts and zero-trust alignment.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through agile sprints to deliver sustainment and improvements.
