Job summary

Blue Origin is looking for an Aerospace Systems Engineer to design and engineer the systems infrastructure for space vehicles. The position requires a B.S. degree in engineering, experience in aerospace or mechanical systems, and preferably a Top Secret security clearance.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work on various engineering aspects including system integration, testing, and safety. The role is on-site in Longmont, Colorado, and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or another technical field.
• Will have earned their degree within the last year and able to start by Fall 2026.
• Experience with Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering on complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation, and integration.
• Lead and present at major gated reviews on overall technical readiness.
• Own the verification and validation planning through test plan creation.
