Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an enthusiastic intern or co‑op to help invent the future of flight. You’ll gain hands-on experience across engineering domains, working on challenging, real-world problems in an aerospace systems & defense context.

You will build professional and technical skills while aligning with your major and year of schooling. The program aims to place you into a potential full-time role after graduation in leadership programs or direct hires.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale without rounding.
• Enrolled in a full-time accredited engineering program (Mechanical or Aeronautical/Aerospace).
• Willing to work in the United States; Dayton, OH and Bohemia, NY are primary locations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, analysis, development and testing of aerospace systems.
• Assist in writing software requirements and performing software testing.
• Engage in simulations, tool development and product/program support.
