Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline and 2+ years of related experience.
• General understanding of systems test concepts, theory, and operations.
• Customer-focused with ability to develop solutions for non-routine problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence others.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and travel as required.
• DoD security clearance eligibility or DoD clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Develops, modifies and executes comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures and schedules for assigned systems.
• Coordinates and conducts systems inspections, testing, verification, and validation of assigned systems.
• Documents tests and assists in modifying systems.
• Consults on integrated testing activities; collaborates with engineering to resolve non-routine issues.
• Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
• Performs technical analysis of systems and prepares comprehensive system-level evaluations.
• Contributes to the development/updating of test standards and procedures.
• Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Observes laws, regulations and other obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted.
• Works safely and as required; other duties as assigned.
