Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple supply chain functions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing, Planning, Inventory Control, and Material Handling.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support growth and on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the supply chain.
• Ensure MRP-driven production schedules and inventory accuracy.
