Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP experience; SIOP and MPS ownership experience.
• DMSMS / obsolescence management experience.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers; maintain the Approved Supplier List.
• Proactively track inbound shipments and manage outbound customer deliveries.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team; apply Lean tools to drive continuous improvement.

Skills

Supplier development and scorecard management

AS9100D quality system knowledge

Lean tools: VSM, 5S, kaizen

Project management skills (PMP or equivalent)

Strong negotiation and procurement skills

Education

5+ years of supply chain / operations experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
