Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer II in Clearwater, FL. You will oversee the quality of parts and materials from external vendors to meet aerospace standards and support production and engineering teams.

You will conduct supplier audits, drive corrective actions, and work with suppliers to resolve issues, while collaborating with internal teams on NPI and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Defense Quality Manager and requires a technical bachelor's degree

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
Minimum 2 years in supplier quality engineering or related quality roles within aerospace/manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, supplier audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier quality performance through audits, assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support new product introduction by qualifying suppliers and ensuring quality requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
