RTX, in partnership with Pratt & Whitney, seeks a Supplier Quality Analyst to assure the quality of the supplier network. The role emphasizes defect prevention, continuous improvement, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

The position involves on-site work in Bridgeport, WV, with travel up to 25% and a focus on preventing defects and reducing quality costs while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years in auditing/quality within regulated environment; OR Associate’s with 4+ years; OR 6+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading RCCA investigations and supplier audits is preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality systems and regulatory standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with PW/RTX requirements and standards.
• Monitor supplier quality performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead or support RCCA activities including containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
