Job summary

Responsibilities include negotiating prices, securing timely PO acknowledgments, and managing the procurement process from requisition to final payment while driving cost savings and risk reduction across multiple service categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement/purchasing, specifically in Supply Chain Services Procurement.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier identification, and evaluation.
• Independent and entrepreneurial work style; experience in a hyper-growth environment is desirable.
• Strong ability to engage with internal and senior stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier management, escalation, and follow-up to updates and on-time delivery.
• Reduce overdue POs through daily follow-up, escalation, and root-cause resolution.
• Improve supplier on-time delivery and implement corrective action for underperformers.
• Ensure timely PO acknowledgement confirming price, quantity, delivery date, and terms.
• Track metrics like overdue POs, PO acknowledgement rate, OTD, cycle time, and cost savings.
• Source, negotiate, and procure services across various categories.
• Manage procurement from requisition to final payment and resolve process issues.
• Conduct price analyses and lead formal negotiations.
• Review service procurement requests for compliance and optimize pricing and terms.
• Maintain procurement records and identify cost-saving opportunities.
