System One in Huntsville, AL, is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator II for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on administering complex indirect subcontracts, MSAs, and long-term supplier relationships in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The candidate will handle milestone-based SOWs, flow-downs of prime contract requirements, and high-value procurements such as cryogenic tanks and major structures. Strong negotiation and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Coupa) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of subcontract administration or procurement experience.
• Experience administering complex subcontracts and long-term agreements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with milestone-based statements of work and performance-based payment structures.
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Administer the full lifecycle of complex indirect subcontracts from solicitation to closeout.
• Manage subcontracts for large components and assemblies, including cryogenic tanks and large structures.
• Develop, issue, and evaluate RFPs and conduct cost/price analyses.
• Ensure subcontract terms align with prime contract flow-down requirements and policies.
• Lead procurement for high-value, large-scale components and structures.
• Negotiate LTAs and MSAs; manage renewals and modifications.
• Draft and negotiate terms to protect company interests and manage risk.
• Develop milestone-based SOWs with payment schedules and ensure on-time performance.
