Blue Origin is seeking a Structures Shift Leader to head a team of technicians responsible for fabrication, drilling, assembly, fixturing, alignment, and integration of aerospace structures for flight and non-flight hardware.

You will provide day-to-day leadership on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, schedule attainment, and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in aerospace manufacturing or related field.
• 2+ years leading production teams or shift operations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specs.
• Experience with precision drilling, fixture alignment, and aerospace assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Structures Technicians on fabrication, drilling, alignment, and integration.
• Enforce safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence across shifts.
• Execute daily production plan balancing safety, quality, delivery, and labor efficiency.
