Gulfstream, a proud division of General Dynamics, invites you to join its Stress Engineering team as a Collegiate Associate Intern in Savannah, GA for Summer 2027. You will apply classroom learning to real-world aerospace challenges, supporting analyses and testing under experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

The internship offers exposure to design criteria, materials, and regulatory standards, with hands-on experience in stress analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.
• On-site work in Savannah, GA during Summer 2027.
• Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Support structural stress analyses for new product development and production designs.
• Assist with static and fatigue testing of components and assemblies.
• Prepare reports to show compliance with FAA regulations.
