Job summary

Parker Meggitt Fluid Systems Division is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the Purchasing team for the site. You will direct complex aerospace procurement processes from proposal through receipt of parts and services, including supplier performance and subcontracts.

Responsibilities include cost reduction, risk management, and ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws. Strong SAP/MRP experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of aerospace procurement and supply chain leadership experience.
• SAP ERP/MRP system experience highly preferred; High Mix aerospace manufacturing environment.
• ACIPS certification (ASCM CSCP or CPIM) strongly preferred; U.S. citizenship required for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct work for the purchasing team including regular, intern/co‑op, and contractor staff.
• Develop procurement strategies and oversee all procurement and material planning activities.
• Organize, direct, and implement cost-reduction activities to ensure maximum return on expenditures.
• Implement processes to manage risk within the supply chain and comply with laws and policies.
• Manage contractual differences between PO requirements and supplier performance; establish contractual obligations while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with SIOP and Planning teams to align supply plan with demand.
