Job summary

Trigo ADR Americas is seeking a Source Inspector to conduct dimensional and visual inspections of aerospace machined components at end-user locations. You will review related paperwork, verify AS9102 FAI accuracy, and ensure conformance to GD&T and blueprint specifications.

The role requires hands-on use of inspection tools, knowledge of CMM processes (programming not required), and travel to supplier sites in support of Final and Receiving Inspections.

Qualifications

• Experienced quality professional in dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• Knowledge of CMM inspection process (programming not required).
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
• Perform final inspection and receiving inspection (dimensional, visual, surface finish, assembly).
• MS Outlook and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aerospace machined components for dimensional and visual quality.
• Review paperwork related to products and processes.
• Verify supplier FAI accuracy and completeness (AS9102).
• Travel to end customer suppliers' locations for inspections.
• Perform final and receiving inspections including surface finish and assembly checks.
