Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking interns for a 2026 Conversion program in aerospace software apps engineering. The role supports multiple locations and requires a recent or current student enrolled in a college or university. Successful completion of a Blue Origin internship in 2026 is preferred, with readiness to start full-time by September 2027. A B.S.

in mechanical, aerospace, or astronautical engineering is required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2026.
• Enrolled or recently graduating student attending a college or university.
• Able to start working full-time on or before September of 2027.
• Minimum of a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
• Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Blue’s Mission with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
