The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to move and lift items, with opportunities to grow in aerospace logistics. This is a full-time on-site position supporting our Twin Otter parts and FAA-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
• Data entry and accurate record-keeping.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping software.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming materials per ASA-100 standards.
• Perform quality inspections on goods received and shipped.
• Answer inquiries about inventory, conditions, certifications, and photos.
• Verify packing slips, invoices, and shipment documents match orders.
• Coordinate logistics for large/high-volume shipments.
• Package and prepare returns and document accordingly.
• Inspect shipments to ensure items are undamaged and properly packaged.
• Identify and resolve shipping/inventory issues with team.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transfers.
• Address customer complaints with sales and logistics teams.
• Move and store merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
