Ace Precision is seeking candidates for day or night shifts at our Wisconsin facility to fabricate, form, and assemble sheet metal components for aerospace, defense, and power sectors. You will follow clear work instructions, set up forming tools, operate finishing equipment, and ensure parts meet specifications with precise measurement checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Interpret simple sketches and routings to guide your work.
• Set up and run manual forming tools, including rolls, expanders, and planishers.
• Operate equipment such as sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders.
• Deburr parts for the shift to deliver smooth, safe, and spec‑compliant edges.
• Verify quality using tape measures, vernier calipers, and Pi tapes; confirm acceptance before moving parts forward.
