Radius Aerospace in Chandler, AZ, is hiring a Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our machine shop and contribute to aerospace components. You will set up and operate metalworking equipment to cut, form, weld and assemble parts to exact specifications.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in manufacturing, and/or a 1-year technical certificate. We offer competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years related manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines (shears, saws, brakes, punch press, drill press).
• Form production parts with curvatures, angles, and deep draws.
• Assemble, align, and locate subassemblies with precision.
• Weld parts and/or assemblies and develop welding sequences as needed.
• Perform pressure testing on fabricated assemblies.
