Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Patrol First Aid Assistant in Mukilteo, WA. You will patrol and deter incidents, provide customer service, and respond to emergencies at an aerospace/defense location.

This full-time role offers hourly pay and a night schedule with four shifts weekly, including Tue, Fri, Sat, and Sun, 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable service.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background checks will be conducted where required by law.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, aircraft-related facilities, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor for unusual conditions, damaged property, and hazards; document observations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incidents, and shift communications per site requirements.
