Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Access Control Patrol Driver for the Clearfield, UT area. You will patrol, monitor access points, and provide excellent customer service in an aerospace/defense location.

The role requires a DoD Secret Clearance, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of security experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Shift schedule includes day-time hours; pay is $23.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience preferred.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while enforcing site policies and access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and promptly, notifying site contacts and leadership as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, perimeter areas, parking locations, and other sites to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and protect controlled areas from unauthorized access.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and shift documentation according to site procedures.
