The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and effective communication with the Receiving Lead to maintain smooth workflows in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient using PC applications and software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and distribute raw materials to suppliers.
• Process material by creating work orders and purchase orders.
• Scan certifications and verify documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure PO pricing and delivery dates are correct and escalated when needed.
• Communicate progress and any issues to the lead.
• Follow safety rules and operate forklift to move materials.
