Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Inspector to join the Materials Management and Supply Chain team at our Los Angeles facility.

You will inspect inbound materials against drawings, purchase orders, and quality requirements, document results in the ERP system, and support receiving inspection processes to ensure manufacturing readiness. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory control, ERP/MRP experience, Excel proficiency, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Must be a US Person.
• MRP experience.
• Excel proficiency.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conforming materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Shift hours 6:00am to 3:00pm.
• Willingness to overtime.
• Ability to lift, stand, push and pull as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound materials against drawings, PO's and quality requirements.
• Perform cycle counts as needed.
• Develop and implement receiving inspection practices.
• Ensure timely inspection of materials.
• Document receiving discrepancies and escalate quality issues to stakeholders.
• Pick parts and deliver to inventory or production locations.
• Enter materials accurately in the ERP system and maintain traceability.
• Support development and improvement of receiving inspection processes and standard work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in daily work.
