Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Quality Technician to perform advanced inspections and develop CMM programs using PC-DMIS or Calypso. You will interpret GD&T, maintain QMS documentation, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to resolve defects and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes meticulous data analysis, reporting trends, and supporting audits to ensure conformance to AS9100 and customer requirements at the Loveland, OH facility.

Qualifications

• AS9100/ISO 9001 regulated environment experience required.
• Four+ years of quality inspection in manufacturing.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection documentation.
• Experience programming and operating CMMs with PC-DMIS/Calypso.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced dimensional and visual inspections using manual and automated metrology equipment.
• Create, validate, and execute CMM inspection programs (PC-DMIS/Calypso).
• Develop and implement inspection methods and standard work to meet customer/regulatory requirements.
• Prepare CoCs, calibration records, and other QMS documentation for audits.
• Analyze inspection data, communicate trends, and lead corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support internal and external audits and drive process improvements.
