SQA Services is seeking an experienced Quality / Manufacturing Engineer to support a year-long, on-site Supplier Recovery and Quality Stabilization Program at a plastic interiors supplier in Warrendale, PA. You will act as the technical representative to ensure conformity with Boeing drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Required are a B.E. in engineering, 5–7 years in aerospace manufacturing or supplier quality, and hands-on experience with AS9102 FAIs, Net-inspect, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality, or related).
• 5–7 years aerospace manufacturing and/or supplier quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, AS9102 FAIs, and Net-inspect.
• Experience with plastic interiors or cosmetic workmanship standards.
• Ability to work on-site in supplier recovery or containment environments.

Aufgaben

• Review and validate supplier work instructions against drawings and specs.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and misinterpretations impacting producibility and compliance.
• Provide clear technical feedback and recommended corrections.
• Assess manufacturing processes related to plastic interior components and assemblies.
• Validate inspection methods and acceptance criteria.
• Support review and re-execution of AS9102 FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION REPORTS (FAIRs).
• Utilize Net-Inspect to assist the supplier with FAIR corrections and resubmissions.
• Interface with Boeing Supplier Quality to eliminate risks and communicate status.
