Job summary

Turbine Kinetics Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Quality Production Inspector to inspect aerospace components throughout production, ensuring conformance to drawings, specs, and customer requirements.

The role performs in-process and final inspections, documents results, identifies nonconformances, and collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to uphold the highest standards of product quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
• Experience performing in-process and final inspections on aerospace components.
• Proficiency in documenting results and identifying nonconforming materials or products.
• Knowledge of calibration and suitability checks for inspection equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining traceability and accurate quality records.
• Willingness to support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and work instructions to understand inspection needs.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Record inspection results and report nonconformances to QA and Production.
• Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and appropriate for tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe inspection area and proper documentation.
• Support audits and assist cross-functional teams as required.
