Job summary

W3Global seeks a detail-oriented Quality Inspector for aerospace components. You will perform inspections across materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and quality procedures.

Calibration support and safe, organized workflow are expected in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of aerospace QC experience, knowledge of GD&T, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or precision production.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and QC procedures.
• Knowledge of GD&T is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and basic shop-math skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to consistent product quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished components using visual methods and precision measurement tools.
• Review parts for conformance to drawings, specifications, and established quality procedures.
• Record inspection findings in reports, logs, and the company quality database, including rework and scrap data.
• Follow and support SPIs, quality procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
• Assist with calibration activities for inspection and measurement equipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and comply with all company and regulatory standards.
