Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer II or III to lead quality assurance efforts in aerospace manufacturing. You will implement QA plans, analyze quality data, and drive continuous improvements across engineering, production, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology related field.
  • 6+ years in Aerospace Quality or regulated manufacturing, technology related field (Level III).
  • Leading RCCAs with cross-functional teams and NPI project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement QA plans to ensure compliance and product quality.
  • Problem Analysis: Identify and resolve quality issues using data and technical judgment.
  • Project Leadership: Lead small quality improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Integrate industry QA best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship and Support: Guide less experienced colleagues and foster collaboration.
