Job summary

A leading aerospace company located in Sandpoint, Idaho, is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance protocols and compliance with FAA standards. Responsibilities include developing the Quality Management System, leading audits, and ensuring adherence to regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of experience in the aerospace industry. Competitive compensation includes a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Quality Manager in the aerospace industry.
• Expert knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
• Strong hands-on experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FAA-approved Type Design and airworthiness.
• Develop and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead audits and represent the Quality Department to external entities.
