Job summary

You will conduct internal audits, support EIS activities for new models, and mentor shop leaders in RCCA techniques, ensuring robust quality processes throughout MRO operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years QA or related experience, or equivalent.
• Aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong RCCA and data-driven problem solving required.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive COPQ reductions by identifying trends and root causes.
• Lead RCCA activities and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and support EIS activities for new engine models.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality leadership to improve processes.
• Mentor supervisors on RCCA methodologies and quality best practices.
