Zusammenfassung

RAVE Aerospace GmbH in the United States seeks a Qualification Engineer to lead qualification testing for standard and custom hardware and software. You will develop test procedures, assess equipment needs, and coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure readiness for qualification testing.

You will collaborate with Design and Software teams, manage test schedules, and conduct root cause analyses to support FRACA documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an AS9100 quality environment.
• Background in a test environment meeting authorities' and OEM requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead qualification testing for standard and custom hardware and software systems.
• Draft and review QTPs and QTRs and related documents.
• Coordinate with third-party labs, regulatory agencies, and OEMs.
• Manage test schedules, integrate test lab equipment, and provide status reports.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to FRACA documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training.
