Job summary

ATI Appleton seeks a Quality Assurance Technician for the weekend night shift (Fri–Sun, 5pm–5am). You will receive, unpack, sort incoming materials and ship finished products to customers, using calipers, micrometers and automated inspection equipment to ensure quality and safety.

The role emphasizes precision, safety and cross‑functional collaboration. You will be tested during pre‑employment, with eye/color exams and forklift operator assessment as part of training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in manufacturing.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Distribute incoming materials to designated locations.
• Break down all used packaging materials and dispose of in proper containers.
• Perform maintenance on dock locks, dock plates, overhead doors, and cranes.
• Use hand and power tools (circular saw, hammer drill, bit driver, hammers).
• Safely use overhead crane, straps and lifting devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S.
• Identify finished product using stamping and barcode scanning.
• Maintain product traceability.
